3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a 93gl Account:

4.3 KYC Verification. Before making your first withdrawal, you are required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

4.5 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account is accurate and current. Inaccurate information that affects the outcome of a dispute may be resolved against you. Material misrepresentation of personal information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 93gl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.
5.2 Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 93gl immediately via the live chat support channel.
5.3 93gl will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to 93gl support immediately.
5.4 93gl strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This is available in your Account security settings and provides a meaningful additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 93gl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet. Available methods may change. Check the Wallet section of your Account for the current list.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 93gl is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 93gl reserves the right to impose limits for compliance or security purposes.
6.3 Withdrawal Minimums. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed following verification of the Player's identity under the KYC requirements set out in Section 4.
6.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 93gl cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.
6.5 Own Account Policy. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned, and any associated winnings may be forfeited. This requirement is a PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligation.
6.6 93gl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals in accordance with PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements.
7.1 All bets placed on 93gl are final once confirmed. 93gl does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly provided in the specific game or sports betting rules applicable to the event in question.
7.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, by table, and by Player account level.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure during a game round or bet placement, 93gl's records shall be the authoritative source for determining bet outcomes. Where a malfunction prevents the determination of a valid outcome, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
7.4 For sports betting, 93gl reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting, or revise odds where an event is cancelled, postponed, or affected by circumstances beyond its control. Specific sports betting rules applicable to each market are available within the sportsbook interface.
7.5 All game outcomes on the 93gl platform are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for RNG-based games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice under studio surveillance. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited.
8.1 93gl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
8.3 93gl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or declare a Player ineligible for a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering in patterns designed to meet requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
8.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between Players and have no cash equivalent unless and until wagering requirements are fully met.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93gl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
10.1 All content on the 93gl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 93gl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 93gl platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from 93gl.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from: service interruptions, technical faults, third-party payment delays, or decisions made in connection with responsible gaming tools.
11.2 93gl's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 93gl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
93gl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. 93gl will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
12.1 93gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under its PAGCOR license seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:
12.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During the self-exclusion period, 93gl will make reasonable efforts to prevent your access to the platform and will not send you promotional communications.

13.2 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 93gl's live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered GCash or bank account within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 93gl reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations.
14.1 93gl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by PAGCOR directive.
14.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on the 93gl website. The effective date at the top of this document identifies the version in force. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the 93gl platform shall first be submitted to 93gl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
15.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
